For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: \- A 20 m² south-east-facing terrace, with 2 deckchairs, a table and 4 chairs, a folding table for the plancha, and an outdoor cupboard with plug and water supply to enjoy the sunny days. \- a garden shared with the condominium The apartment is ideally located in Le Croisic, in a very pleasant environment.
