From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car. Silvie was incredibly supportive as if that we were her only job for that day. We were treated not as clients but as valued guests at your lovely hotel. Nous avons trouve une belle piscine commune, un grand jardin autour de la piscine, des équipements à disposition (barbecue, jeux pour enfants), un havre de paix pour satisfaire notre souhait de repos. Les enfants avaient une très belle chambre, les parents aussi. L'ensemble est fonctionnel et confortable. Il y a quelques défauts mineurs mais le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très bon. Durant cet été 2026, le confortable salon s'est révélé bien frais malgré le contexte caniculaire "exceptionnel".Le propriétaire de l'ensemble des gîtes est attentif et réactif, nous recommandons.Des commerces à 10mn en voiture, une belle campagne environnante, les étoiles la nuit..."

"Très belle maison, très propre, fonctionnelle et offrant suffisamment d’espace pour tout le monde.Je pense qu’il y a encore quelques aménagements prévus du côté de la piscine. La table de ping-pong pourrait peut-être être rapprochée, et une terrasse à la place des graviers côté cuisine serait également un vrai plus.Une plancha électrique pourrait aussi être une bonne idée pour éviter d’être bloqué par les alertes incendie, qui empêchent de faire des barbecues. Étant donné la proximité d’un massif forestier, ces alertes risquent malheureusement d’être de plus en plus fréquentes ces prochaines années.Voilà, ce ne sont que quelques petits détails qui n’enlèvent absolument rien à la qualité du lieu et de l’hébergement."
