Beautiful setting, great location, Carol on reception was such a star, so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is first class and the staff are lovely, making our wedding anniversary extra special, highly recommend.

The manager was extremely helpful and friendly , lovely view from balcony overlooks the river , free parking across the river, best to drop off cases at hotel and then park up. Lots of restaurant and food options nearby.

The help and support that Silvie gave us due to our traffic accident the day before was beyond anything we might have hoped for. From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car. Silvie was incredibly supportive as if that we were her only job for that day. We were treated not as clients but as valued guests at your lovely hotel. What more can you ask of a hotel and the people that run it? Thank you, Silvie, and all your staff. Jon and Jo Anne

Another excellent stay! Great location. Gorgeous views, and the food is also first class. Dinner was superb. Sitting out by the river as the sun rises having breakfast was very special.

The desk staff at this hotel was incredibly unfriendly. We booked two nights total, coming and going. On the second arrival the desk clerk was rude, confrontational and we learned later a liar. The location on the river isn’t worth the toxic environment created by the desk staff. There are better friendly alternatives.

Le site est très jolie les alentours aussi beaucoup de bonnes tables. Le menu du restaurant de l'hôtel est gastronomique, le chef fait honneur à la réputation française.

Hotel staff where brilliant, very warm and welcoming. However we dined in the restaurant and whilst most of the waiters where great one was very rude and abrupt. This spoilt our whole experience of the hotel and restaurant. It was a shame because the rest of it was amazing.
