"Beach bungalow 12 had been renovated and a good alternative to the more expensive overwater bungalows. Don’t expect much from the breakfast. Good dinners at Lucky pizza and beach club ( great sunset from here) both easy walk from hotel."

"Pat, the owner, happened to be at the house while we were there, and he wasincredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful information.We spent four weeks in FP and stayed in a variety of places — high up on a hill in Moorea, right on the beach in Huahine, and this home, which felt like the perfect balance between the two. It’s tucked just inside the beach road with amazing views looking out toward Marlon Brando’s overwater bungalows.The question is: Is this the ideal spot — high enough to give you a bigger, more expansive horizon, but close enough that you still feel connected to the beach withoutbeing right in the middle of beach walkers?You decide!A few highlights that made our stay special: • Comfortable bed and pillows • Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed • Morning coffee on the front deck whilewatching the boats go by was a daily treat • Easy access to the two-personkayak for exploring the water • When we unexpectedly needed a doctor, the guestbook had three recommendations. Dr. Duval was wonderful, and the pharmacy was conveniently right across the street — honestly easier than navigating healthcare back home in the U.S. • We had one gloomy weather dayand were perfectly content relaxing onthe deck, reading, and enjoying the view • Moea, the concierge, was lovely. She met us at AVIS in Marita and we simply followed her to the house"

Coco’s Place Bora Bora - CAR INCLUDED

"We had an amazing stay at Coco's Place! We loved how it was on the north end of the island and away from the Vaitepe or Fanuii busy streets. The use of the car was much appreciated as we were able to go to the market and get our breakfast/dinner supplies. Plus we took a drive around the island just because. We also used it to head to the beach on the south side. Everything in the house made us feel at home. The cookware was sufficient, and there was tupperware for making sandwiches on the go. There is cool AC in every room and we were comfortable at all times! I know this is a big concern when going far from home. We usually keep the house at 71F or 22C. But we barely even needed AC in July since outside temps were dipping into the high 60's. The bathroom was clean and shower was nice and hot when needed. The washer and drier in the basement was very nice and we even brought our own tide pods from the states. It was nice to travel home with clean laundry. The bed was very comfortable. However, i wanted to kill the rooster outside the window in the mornings. I grew up on a farm, this would not have been a problem lol. But i did not want to horrify a neighbor so it got the hose on the back porch more than once. We had coffee on the front(side) porch every morning and stared out into the bay. On our last day, we took the canoe out. We should have done this sooner! There is wade-able and swimmable reefs and waters literally right in front of the house. Highly recommend!"
