"The hotel was much better than online ratings, arrived and entrance gate access was managed which is important for families, a big tick for us. The welcome was excellent and the staff friendly, including daily cleaning staff. A welcome cake was on our bed which is unusual for a 3 star hotel!!. Swimming pool was open and cleaned daily which was a plus. Only improvement is to add an EV charging point."

"Even though the restaurant and bar was closed during the weekend we had local bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance that were friendly and did great food. When going back to Paris, this will be our go to hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff very pleasant although we didn't have to interact with them much. Hotel is close to all transport links so it was really to get to the city centre very easily. We had a great time."

"Property was fine for our stay for Paris Air Show. It's utilitarian, but there mainly to sleep. Like most VRBOs etc in France it doesn't have screens to keep mosquitoes out at night with windows open. No A/C, also common, but ground floor unit stayed surprisingly cool. Manager Shirley was suberb. Arra around Le Bourget airport is hardly a tourist area "
