Charming renovated house (semi-detached), located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 300 m from a park with a lake and games for children, 14 km from Nantes and 45 km from the beaches.  
South-west facing terrace and shaded enclosed garden of 700 m². Parking on the property.  
Ground floor: large living room and bright living room, fitted kitchen opening onto a courtyard and the terrace, separate WC.  
Floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 with dressing room (each with 1 140X190 bed), bathroom/wc and shower room.  
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed/chair/bath and table football.  
Included: electricity, gas heating, sheets (beds made on arrival), bathroom linen.  
Not included: tourist tax and obligatory cleaning fee (130€).
