Our apartment is 52 m2 with a terrace of 38 m2 very sunny, summer like yesterday, from morning to evening. A secure private parking space with a barrier. You will find 2 petanque courts in the residence. It consists of a living room with a dining room, lounge area (pull-out sofa for 2 people), office area and a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle and a simple coffee maker with filter and all the equipment for eating)
In the living room there is a space dedicated to work
2 bedrooms:
Ch 1: king size bed of 160 and wardrobe
Ch 2: 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2 of 90) + 1 bed of 140 and a chest of drawers
Each room is equipped with a fan
1 bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet
A available 1 pantry:
fridge, an oven and a microwave and a dishwasher
Outside, you will find a table and chairs, 2 deckchairs, an electric barbecue (gas and charcoal barbecue are forbidden in the residence) and garden furniture.
The mattress protectors, duvets, pillows, tea towels and bath mats are provided.
It is very important not to forget your fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.
Please respect this request for the hygiene of the beds.
Sheets and towels are not provided.

The reception, delivery and return of keys as well as the inventory of fixtures are charged by the concierge service on your arrival up to 50€
