You will be surrounded by the marine lake, 1 km from the beaches, housed in a house with a capacity of 6 people in a protected, natural and wild site. The typical house incorporating the architecture of fishermen's mas is fully equipped for 6 comfortable people: air conditioning daikin mono split 3,500 watts, to feel good, in a healthy atmosphere and great comfort, whatever the outside temperature, hot or cold, wifi, flat screen samsung led series 5000 82 cm, samsung combo fridge no frost large capacity, sofa, appliances: microwave grill and oven all in one, dishwasher, washing machine, moulinex and dolce gusto mini me coffee maker, toaster , etc .... In short everything you need to feel comfortable with quality and complete equipment. The adult bedroom is also equipped with a memory foam mattress which is said to be the greatest asset, the cabin with two high resilience foam mattresses. The exterior of the farmhouse has been completely redesigned with a terrace of over 15 square meters (one of the largest on the fishermen's island). We have added a beautiful pergola that covers the whole of it. It will bring you freshness throughout the day, and will provide you with aperitifs and quiet meals, with the family, midday and evening in a spacious and quality environment. This farmhouse therefore offers you a quality service on the island, between a renovated interior, very well equipped and a large garden with a terrace and a pergola practically unique to rent. Everything is of course accessible to people with reduced mobility. Two bedrooms each with their bathroom and wc, plus a cabin bedroom ideal for children, each mattress and pillows benefit from protection. Our farmhouse has a very large private garden (plot of 300 m2) and trees (two beautiful mulberry trees for your meals in the shade) with sunbathing, picnic table + electric plancha. This plot is one of the largest on the site. In addition, the farmhouse being located on the side, it frees up a large garden that will delight children and adults for your games, aperitifs, lunch and dinner, and of course naps. About your young children, on request, you can benefit from the possibility of loaning baby equipment: high chair, cot with mattress and thus less load your car during your trip. On the site and in the fisherman's island complex: two swimming pools (one of which is heated) sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, fitness room with free access. All of this equipment is pictured on the ad and you will fully benefit from it during your rental. Access will be provided by your badge. An undeniable plus that will make your stay a unique moment. For information the swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna etc ... are closed during the winter season, from November until the end of March. Anyway, no place in the region can claim such quality of accommodation and activity in a totally protected and natural site, whatever the season, in summer of course, but also in winter, with the famous Christmas market in Barcarès, the largest in the region, a kilometer away on foot, with ice skating rink, mulled wine, snack bar, restaurant, tasting of local products, entertainment, all alongside the Lydia, ocean liner voluntarily stranded in on the beach. In short, a unique place. So come and take advantage of the spectacular animation in the region in winter, a 10-minute walk from your rental. The house had enough rooms to give everyone some privacy, cooking outside on the terrace was fun and kept the smells out of the house. There is to be a completely new kitchen next year, but it was well equipped and there was a good amount of storage space. The proprietor was helpful and friendly, responding quickly to queries. Il est excellent ! Réactif, très sympa et avec beaucoup d humour. Le logement est idéalement situé et bien équipé. Nous n avons manqué de rien ! A proximité de la piscine, du restaurant (chaque soir, il y a une prestation comme concert, karaoké, magie..., de l épicerie (3 min à pieds) et à environ 6 min en voiture de la mer (possibilité de s y rendre à pieds). Stayed 7 nights in Jun 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Béatrice L. 24 Sept 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### ILE MAISONS DE PÊCHEURS Un hôte très attentionné et très agréable.. nous avons trouvé à nôtre arrivée quelques douceurs à notre attention de plus il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place .. piscine, bar resto (on y mange très bien), salle de sport ... nous sommes très proche des plages et pas très loin de Collioure ou de l'Espagne par exemple... la location est confortable il y a également tout ce qu'il faut pour manger dehors ou à l'intérieur, clim , wifi.... bref de quoi passer de très bonnes vacances allez y foncez ##### Béatrice L. Equipé en suffisance mais par du matériel un peu vieillot. La grande pergola carrelée et la climatisation sont de vrais plus lors de grosses chaleurs... Le proprio est très sympa et disponible. En plus, biscuits et bouteille apéritive au frais en arrivant, ça fait plaisir. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu utiliser les piscines car nous avions choisi cette résidence entre autre parce qu'il y avait 2 piscines . ##### soizic b. Nous manquait la piscine, fermée par decision de la préfecture due à la sécheresse, mais nous avons fait de belles visites dans cette si belle région ##### claire s. Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2022 ### 8/10 Good #### AURORE P. 6 Nov 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Location dans un cadre magnifique Location très originale dans ce village de maisons en toit de chaume, très bien située, avec 3 chambres et 2 SDB donc bien pratiques quand on est plusieurs. Grand frigo/congélateur, lave vaisselle, lave linge, grande plancha bien appréciées durant notre séjour. A savoir, l'entrée-salon est un peu juste si l'on doit manger à l'intérieur à plus de 4 personnes (Roland le propriétaire m'avait prévenu), mais nous avons pu manger une bonne partie dehors fin octobre début novembre car table et salon de jardin à disposition sous la pergola qui nous a bien abrités et temps agréable. Située sur l'île des pêcheurs près d'un étang avec comme voisins les goelands qui se mettent sur les toits des maisons et communiquent entre eux. Extraordinaire ! On peut faire de belles balades près de l'étang avec son chien voire pêcher pour ceux que cela tente. Région ventée à certaines périodes il faut le savoir et donc prévoir ce qu'il faut en vêtements pour y faire face. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires et petite attention au frigo à notre arrivée : merci ! Seul petite amélioration à ajouter mais il me semble que c'est prévu dans l'avenir : revoir la cuisine qui n'est pas très grande et manque de rangement du coup. Sinon séjour agréable que je recommande aux prochains voyageurs. ##### AURORE P.
