Equipped with air conditioning in every room and wifi only 900 meters from the center of Lazise in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Large and bright kitchen-living room with large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave; table for 6 people, comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV, and electric blackout shutters. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and access to the garden; a second bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and a desk with the possibility of having a double bed. New bathroom with window with large shower and washing machine. Terrace with outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun loungers for sunbathing. The residence "Benacus" is a fenced villa with a swimming pool, consisting of 4 newly built flats with independent entrance, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the ground floor with the same features. The house is located at the end of a closed road near a playground, therefore very quiet. Free parking for one car in front of the house and parking for bicycles in the fenced yard with the possibility for e-bike charging. CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00. EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00 LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service. CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality. LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money! Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher könnten etwas einheitlicher sein und teilweise ersetzt werden. Ebenfalls könnte ein Staubsauger zu Verfügung gestellt werden, was einiges erleichtern würde. Der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse war großartig. Die Geschirr-/Küchenausstattung ist aufs Nötigste ausgerichtet und nur für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Das Schlafsofa quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und die Geräte und Ausstattung sind auf dem neusten Stand. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach Klasse. Ruhig gelegen in einer kleinen Sackgasse und so zentral, dass man alles zu Fuß erledigen kann. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung 100%ig empfehlen. Zeer compleet ingericht, met wasmachine, vaatwasser, koelkast, vrieskast etc.. Helaas wel gehorig van boven naar beneden, waarschijnlijk plavuizen boven, en als kinderen vroeg in de ochtend met stoelen schuiven kun je dat goed horen. Helaas hadden we de pech dat in 1 van de appartementen twee stellen zaten die erg aanwezig waren, zwembad bezetten, flessen wijn van vroeg tot laat in en aan zwembad een opblaasbare 2 zits die al 1/3 van het zwembad bezet en een grote boombox, alsof ze alleen op de wereld waren. Een geluk, ze bleven maar 4 dagen, maar wel 4 dagen erg aanwezig met hun Duitse muziek. Helaas heb je je medebewoners niet voor het uitzoeken. ##### Henk P. Armaturen schon alle locker , Spiegel schon kaputt . Bin gespannt wie es mit der Kaution funktioniert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war in 1 Minute erledigt . Konnten überhaupt nix fragen da Sie keine Zeit hatte . Mussten den WLAN Schlüssel von den Obermietern herausfinden. Auch das Müllsystem kapierte niemand . Ansonsten ist die Lage und der Pool sehr schön . Alles andere war Top . ##### Thomas B. Wir (Ehepaar mit 3 Kindern 18, 15, 12 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum Strand dauerte etwas länger als beschrieben, was jedoch damit zusammenhängt, dass man aktuell (Corona) die Abkürzung über den Campingplatz in der Nähe nicht nutzen darf. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt. Pool ist überschaubar groß, aber zum abkühlen zwischendurch hat es gereicht. Es gibt Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglickeiten in der Nähe, die man zu Fuss erreichen kann. ##### Michael S. Der Check-In lief etwas holprig ab, nach anfänglich angegebener Uhrzeit 15.00Uhr. Waren wir letztlich erst um 18.30Uhr in dem Apartment, da vergessen wurde zu putzen. Das Apartment an sich war sehr sauber. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie ein defektes Schloss an der Badtüre sowie ein nicht funktionierendes WLAN die ersten 2 Tage waren vertretbar, da der Pool ca. 3m vor der Terrasse es wieder gut machte. (Einen preislichen Nachlass gab es übrigens nicht für das in der Beschreibung angegebene WLAN was man somit aber zunächst nicht hatte.) Der CheckOut lief dafür umso entspannter ab.. Schlüssel in den Schlüsselkasten hängen und fertig. Alles in allem ein schönes Objekt, Verbesserungspotential im Umgang aber die Wohnung war wunderschön! ##### Andreas E.
