Our 2022 renewed detached house is located in Colà di Lazise, a green and quiet district of Lazise, only 400 metres from the Garda Thermal Park, in an apartment complex with shared swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09), only 4 km from the historic centre of Lazise. The house, of 75 mq, develops on two floors and can accommodate up to 5 people.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with kitchenette, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Toaster and German coffee machine are provided. The living room, which overlooks a well-kept garden, has a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate an adult or a child, and satellite TV.

Detached house offers 2 double bedrooms on the first floor. The bathroom has a showerbox, hairdryer and bidet. The outdoor area is enriched by a spacious garden on three sides, a covered terrace with BBQ and a spacious covered portico where you can enjoy moments of relaxation and pleasant outdoor dining. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are at guests' disposal. The car can be parked in the garage (width 215cm, length 470cm, height 230cm) immediately nearby or in the free public car park near the house.

Small pets are allowed on request. Smoking is allowed only on the outside terrace.
