I surprised my boyfriend with this hotel for his 30th. The images looked amazing on the website, and when we arrived we were totally over the moon.
The hotel was something else, 5* service, Michelin restauraunt, beautiful decor, very scenic and peaceful location, it was a true romantic getaway, tucked away in the vineyards.
We booked an elegance room which has a hot tub, but our hot tub didn't work, so they upgraded us to the honeymoon suite. The staff were a delight and happy to help and take...

This is a lovely hotel located on the edge of the lake.
Ideal stay for a few days, slightly remote so would recommend a car if staying more than 2.
Staff were excellent and one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had in a while!
Spa is amazing and very relaxing - well worth booking a slot to use this
We had an issue or two with our room, but was instantly resolved
Would recommend. Pricing is aligned to level of service and stay.

The view from room 602 (Mini-Suite) was jaw dropping and enhanced by the cloudless blue sky, mill pond view of the lake and a backdrop of the mountains with snow caps.
Hotel staff were exceptional in their attention to detail from the staff at reception and throughout the facility to the unsung heroes who ensured our stay was without any low points.
Beautiful room which was of an exeptional standard which wanted for nothing.

This is the cutest hotel ever.. just 3 rooms. The setting is truly idyllic and the staff are so cute. Yes this is not a big 5 star hotel but it is so worth a stay.

The property internally was excellent but the Swimming Pool sides and bottom are covered in Mold & Algae.
It’s actually slippery on the bottom of the pool which is dangerous !!
The pool needs a shock dose of Chlorine asap !

We stayed here for 3 nights for part of our honeymoon. It definitely is 5 star. The room was fantastic and I would recommend booking a room with a lake view if possible. The view from our balcony was amazing. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff were very friendly.

Different people will require different things from their hotel; research is key.
I read up that this hotel was within the courtyard of the 'Balcony of Juliet' and that it would be busy downstairs, and that there was no dining room so breakfast would be served in room. Google maps showed that it is fairly central in the old part of the city.
The entrance hall is deceiving as to what awaits; rooms look out either over the street towards the Piazza delle Erbe (as mine did), or over the Juliet...

We were lucky to be upgraded to the new spa rooms which are excellent. spacious and well equipped.
Location is beautiful with stunning views high up over lake Garda and if you want to get away from it all, its ideal.
Dining options were good but some staff were new, food was good but more every day options would be good for residents
Could benefit from a social area, bar or similar
Be prepared for a 20 minute mountain road drive to access the hotel and visit Gargnano

There is an excellent, family-run restaurant just feet from the front door, shops are only a few steps further, and the beauty of Verona quickly reveals itself. Communications prior to arrival regarding the check-in procedure were thorough and clear.
Location is central, you can’t get anymore central than it!
Room was comfortable. Snacks provided daily were a really nice touch.
I highly recommend this place for staying.
A suggestion might be to have a bin in the room, in addition to the small one in the bathroom.
