We loved everything about our stay here. We stayed 3 nights. The beds were so comfortable, the property was very well manicured and clean. We also tried other restaurants but decided “THE DECK” was the best. We had lunch and dinner there. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Dinner service was kind of sporadic and not the most professional but still a good experience.

We had an amazing time staying in Wengen and more specifically at Hotel Jungfraublick! Gorgeous views right outside and just a few steps away from all shops, restaurants and the train station. Staff were warm, welcoming and professional. The room was nicely appointed and the food on-site was very good. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Jungfrau region of Switzerland!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Jungfraublick. It is a lovely hotel with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our cozy room was so comfortable and clean. While we walked up to the hotel from the train station, it does offer convenient luggage pick up if you need, as the hotel is a bit of an uphill walk, but a scenic one! Our room had a pretty view and it was nice to open the window to breathe in fresh mountain air. The daily free breakfast was a plus also! And beautiful surroundings to enjoy the mountain views!

This hotel is the perfect landing spot to explore this beautiful region. Easy access to hiking trails, transportation to other villages and to the iconic mountains. Make sure to spend some at the hotel’s restaurant the Deck, where the friendly staff and delicious food will make you feel like you are in a Hallmark movie. The hotel is not fancy yet it is perfect. Every guest is taken care of with the attention of a 5 star experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, spectacular Mountain View from balcony, delicious breakfast and dinner at restaurant The Deck. Conveniently located to town and the train station. If you have mobility issues call the free transport from the train station as property is located up a short hill. We saw lots of people taking advantage of this amenity. Free water, tea, and coffee machines in the lobby.

Staff was great. The kitchen even prepared breakfast to-go for our early flight. Views were amazing. Restaurant served the best fondue. We loved staying in Wengen. Wengen had less tourist than the surrounding town and was a great location to hop on the train to Jungfraujouch and Grindelwald. We will definitely stay here again.

The mountain view’s were out of this world. The bedroom was spotless, the bed was so comfy and the shower had amazing water pressure. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall an absolute lovely stay.

We were upgraded ( I think because we got to the hotel early, changed in the baggage room and left to hike the Panorama Trail and Royal Walk) to the “Penthouse” on the 4th floor which had a sitting area, large eating table, separate bedroom and full bath. Everything was provided in terms of the usual toiletries and towels. Only negative was the rug was dirty. Big plus-the hotel had a washer and dryer in the basement for guests to use-I took advantage of it. Staff was great.

The views from the restaurant/breakfast room and from the deck are unbeatable. Overall very good hotel with great staff. Rooms are tiny but that’s not unusual in the area. Would benefit from a bit more tables for dinner on the deck.
