We didn't use the amenities; however, they looked great in the photos. The view is amazing, and the location is great, being just across the road from the train station. I LOVED that it is a car-free village other than municipal vehicles and some from the hotels further away from the train station. Highly recommend this location!!!

I want to give special shout out to Martin at the front desk! Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service. I feel like I made a friend just talking to him! Also the rest of the staff was amazing and helpful. Pasta & more we had a great experience both times we ate from there, we felt at home! Definitely staying here again when we come back to Wengen.

The location was great, so close to the train station. The property is lovely. The breakfast was very good. We were disappointed that the spa was closed. We needed more electrical plugs in our room. Wengen is beautiful!

average property condition. had comfortable room and bedding. we took half board which was pretty bad experience. the breakfast was ok and the dinner at the Pasta restaurant had big delays, waiting lines, late serving and none to limited options for gluten free. the menu for half boarders was really restrictive. the staff was amazing i must say and tried to help.

Rooms need to be renovated, small, not like advertised in photos. View from the room was exceptional, but that was all the room offered. Beds and pillows super uncomfortable. Front desk staff was friendly however the staff in the kitchen and restaurant seem like they do not want to work at all and do not seem to care or make sure their guests are enjoying their stay. Spa was very good. Very good location right across train station, especially if you’re hauling larger luggage. If you’re looking for a quiet spot, not for you because during dinner hours that have extremely loud speakers that play music, movies, or have live music.

The beautiful property with Mountain View’s was a great pick. Less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, clean and had beautiful views of the Alps. The restaurant,Pasta and More was excellent and right at the hotel. Great visit.

We stayed 3 nights facing the Lauterbrunen city. The view was amazing from our room. The staff were really friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was really good with many choices, especially so many different fresh breads. It's location is also perfect. Right next to the train station at Wengen. Room and bathroom were on the smaller side but the location, view and breakfast made up for it. The hair dryer only worked for 10 seconds at a time and only the shampoo and hand soap were provided in the room. We would stay here again next time.

The room was clean, the property was quiet, the food at breakfast was delicious. Our view was good. There was a small issue with the elevator, but staff got it working very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot tub and spa area were under renovation and there was no indication on the website. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, so that was a disappointment.

It's location, location, and location with this hotel, ideally situated next to the train station. The views are fantastic from the breakfast terrace and in-house dining. Now, to the things that could have been better, the front desk could have been better; not sure if I'm just used to better service. When I saw the room did not have a view and I asked nicely for an upgrade, I was told very curtly, I booked the cheapest room possible. That was not my question. I made the reservations at the last minute due to my work schedule and did not really look at the details. I asked again if it was possible to upgrade, and I'm willing to pay the difference, but he said they don't have anything available. I'm not sure why that was not the first answer. Anyway would recommend it for the location and views, and nothing else.

The hotel was conveniently located close to train station. The outdoor patio area is lovely place to enjoy drinks and take in the beautiful views. We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were under renovations and not usable. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was to have a hot tub and pool to enjoy the amazing views. We were upset that we were not told in advance or given a discount for the inconvenience. Otherwise the staff was helpful and hotel is convenient to shops, restaurants and all the alpine activities.

Perfect location right next to the ski train going to Kleine Scheidegg and a cable car going to Mannlichen. Amazing spa with warm sea water pool fuul of water jet massage spots, hamam, sauna, dipping pools, and an ice water plunge bucket. Breakfast choices are a bit repetitive, but plentiful.
