They kept asking for our booking and I kept repeating and showing my online booking for them several times! Until they told us we can go to our room FINALLY! I thought we can now relax on our room but then the manager finally came after almost an hour and asked AGAIN if I can show my online booking! I had to zoom and show to them the receipt where it shows that we paid for the extra person and that includes breakfast the next day.
