The rooms are dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was an issue in our room and they offered to transfer us to another room right away. We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area.

Breakfast is minimal and very bland, coffee did not tastes good. Extra pillows are 50pesos each. Towels are torn and dingy. View at the terrace and the dining room is awesome. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Wifi is not available inside the room, only available at the lobby area!

Disappointing

We first mistakenly arrived at a different place with the same name. The view is obviously paradise, and it was nice to have the balcony. But the rooms are full of ants and other bugs, and the sheets aren't the most clean, although you're warned not to stain them. The diner is closing very early, at 20:00. Breakfasts are prepared on spot by request - a quite limited variety, but ok.

Well, the view you get is superb, no doubt, but we paid over $500 for 2 nights ,but unfortunately, our family room doesnt have a fridge, no coffee set up, no blower, no kettle. :( not worth it for $500. I wish it'll improve in the future.

Hotel rustique, pour le tarif on s'entendait à mieux, il n'y a rien dans la chambre sauf un TV avec le câble qui 'e fonctionne pas bien. Il faudrait une bonne rénovation des intérieurs et extérieurs qui sont un peu à l'abandon. Petit déjeuner philippin en supplément, pour un continental breakfasts ils ne savent pas faire. A 75€ la suite avec une vue partielle du lac c'est trop cher (vendue 7000 PhP en local)

Still room for improvement

The room is big but the beds were so hard. There’s a smell in the CR so we have to keep the exhaust on the whole time. Restaurant has a good ambience and we specially like to hang out there with attentive staffs. Breakfast is good but minimal that they might want to consider adding more to the serving. The place is quiet if you want to stay away from the crowd. The not so good part is that because it is made of wood, you will hear the footsteps from above the restaurant while you are in your room.

on se croirait dans un chalet ....c'est très sympathique , bien reçu mais en étant 3 adultes avec un lit d'appoint , c'était un peu juste au niveau de la place et on a voulu nous faire payer l'extra- bed alors que c'était inclus. On a eu une belle chambre donnant sur un beau panorama avec le lac... Hôtel récent , vient d'ouvrir il y a 6 mois
