The owner was very friendly. We spent a good two weeks. Unfortunately, discrepancies in the ordering procedure with HomeAway was a black dot. The Agency communicates only to payment for the stay and then not respond to queries by e-mail. After more than five weeks after the end of the stay, I was not returned deposit. Wir haben diese Urlaubswoche in der üppig mediterran bepflanzten Anlage und im gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Besonders schön ist es, morgens am sonnigen Pool oder abends auf der Terrasse des Ferienhauses zu sitzen und sich am Blick aufs Mittelmeer zu erfreuen. Seniore Gianfranco war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich um jedes unserer Problemchen sofort gekümmert. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist lediglich die Anfahrt von Agropoli aus auf SEHR steilen Sträßchen mit engen Kurven - nix für Fahranfänger :) Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr gut erholt und können die wunderschöne Bergregion Cilento zum Wandern oder für den Strandurlaub am Mittelmeer wärmstens empfehlen. Es gab, wenn das Schlafsofa aufgeklappt war wenig Möglichkeiten sich im Raum bequem aufzuhalten. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat gute Qualität! Wir mussten uns leider von den freundlichen Gastgebern einige Utensilien nach und nach erfragen. Zum Beispiel gab es zunächst nur eine Müslischale. Ansonsten ist das Haus in einem schönen Garten gelegen, mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Golf von Salerno. Was für uns sehr schade war und ein Kriterium weswegen wir uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden hatten, war das der Pool nicht zu nutzen war. Trotz schönen Wetters und Badetemperaturen und der vorherigen Anfrage sagte uns der Vermieter, daß der Pool erst ab dem ersten Juni geöffnet wird. Das muss man wissen, wenn man bucht und auf den in der Beschreibung sehr werbewirksamen Pool hofft. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub, auch aufgrund der vielseitigen Umgebung und des tollen Wetters. ##### daniel M. Gezien de afgelegen locatie is een eigen auto een must om hier te komen. Voor boodschappen moet je afdalen naar Agropoli. De villa ligt super rustig, heeft een prachtige tuin en biedt mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Het complex bevat een aantal appartementen en een drietal mooi gelegen huisjes. Het zwembad is super met voldoende bedjes en stoelen eromheen en heeft gedeeltelijk een diepte van 3 meter (lekker duiken dus), De eigenaar is aardig en behulpzaam, spreekt weinig tot geen Engels, maar met handen en voeten kom je er wel uit. Wij verbleven in huisje 3: bevat een 2 persoonsbed en een (prima) slaapbank. Keuken bevat grote koelkast en klein oventje. Goed werkende airco. Buiten een klein overdekt terras met tafeltje en 4 stoelen en een wasrek. Kleine punten van onderhoud tijdens ons verblijf die moeten worden opgelost: Douchewater dat afwisselend warm en koud werd en de kraan van de keuken lekte. Die beiden sind total nett, das Haus richtig toll sowie der Garten und die herrliche Landschaft mit super Aussicht bis zum Meer. Am 1.Abend ist uns Gianfranco sogar vorgefahren zum guten Restaurante la Dacia. Da waren wir 2 mal essen und ist sehr lecker dort. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen in die Villa Rosi und können das ganze Anwesen bestens empfehlen. Der Pool ist auch wunderschön,natürlich jetzt im märz war es zu kalt. Views are lovely and you are set amongst olive trees and vines. Apartment was on the small side but very clean and pleasant. Cons: Apartment was advertised as 2 bedrooms when there was only 1\. The owner indicated that the 2 bedrooms were the bedroom & the lounge - very disappointing. We worked with it but it could be a real problem for others! The bed Sofa was also very uncomfortable.. The drive to the location is a bit of a nightmare, particularly on a night - pitch black and hair pin bends was a bit stressful ! There is literally nothing nearby that you can walk to. If you are after a really peaceful relaxing holiday this is a great spot. Be prepared for a lot of driving though. ##### LISA K. Etwas abseits in den Bergen, ruhig gelegen. Immer etwas Wind und ein wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer und Agropoli, der nächsten Stadt. Alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben 14 Tage hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 Klimaanlagen, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, voll eingerichtete Einbauküche... sehr komfortabel! Unserem Sohn haben die Pooltage am besten gefallen! Mit Gianfranco, Rosi und Bettina, der Hauskatze, haben wir uns mit Händen und Füssen verständigt, was doch prima ging! 1\. Agropoli. Nettes Städtchen, das abends zu Leben erwacht. Die Pizza in der Altstadt oben mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang war lecker. Das Eis bei "Hercules" am Eingang der Fußgängerzone das leckerste, das wir hatten. Die Keramik von Alfonso Stile wunderschön und ein Bruchteil so teuer wie die in Positano oder den Ausflugszentren. 2\. Grotte del Castelcivita. 35km ins Landesinnere. Tolle Tropfsteinhöhle, daneben ein ganz gutes Lokal zum Mittagessen. 3\. Vesuv. Ein Muss bei gutem Wetter. Unbedingt die Shuttle-Busse bis zum Beginn des Fußweges oben in Anspruch nehmen. Von da aus gehts ca. 45 Minuten nach oben. Grandioser Ausblick auf den Krater und ringsherum. 4\. Pompeji. Überragend! Riesig! Die Tourentips reichen zwischen 3h-7h, es gibt auch Mehrtagestickets. Unbedingt einen Sprachführer mitnehmen, da man dann die einzelnen Gebäude und Details erklärt bekommt. Wir haben Pompeji und den Vesuv an einem Tag angeschaut wegen der langen Fahrstrecke und das war eigentlich bequem zu schaffen. 5\. Velia. Der Eingang zur archäologischen Zone war geschlossen oder wir haben es schlicht nicht gefunden... stattdessen haben wir in Acchiaroli ein Eis gegessen und das Flair genossen. 6\. Mit der Fähre von Agropoli nach Positano Tagestour. Heiß, teuer, anstrengend, überfüllt. 6h Aufenthalt für die Fotomotive sind zu lange, also halt die typischen Leinensachen kaufen, Keramik und Handtücher... 7\. Castellabate. Nettes Strandstädtchen. Fazit: Selbst hinfahren und genießen! Es ist einfach traumhaft schön dort. ##### Angela R. Wir waren im Juli 2017 zu dritt in der Villa Rosi (2 Erw,. 1 Kind) und haben die Zeit dort SEHR genossen. Besonders ansprechend war nicht nur der wunderbare Pool, sondern das gesamte Ambiente. Der Vermieter Gianfranco war immer erreichbar, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist unbedingt angeraten, alle Ziele sind etwas entfernt. Von der Villa Rosi bis Agropoli sind es ca 25 Min mit dem Wagen. Gleich am Stadtrand befindet sich ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt (Conad). Die archäologischen Ziele weiter im Norden (Pompeji, Herkulaneum, Villa Oplontis etc.) sind mit dem Wagen, ja nach Verkehrsaufkommen, innerhalb von ca 1 bis 1,5 Std erreichbar. Im Cilento Nationalpark lässt es sich hervorragend wandern, z.B. bei Rofano oder den (etwas anstrengenden) Pilgerweg bei Novi Velia (allerdings mit wunderbarer Aussicht). Die Strände mit glasklarem Wasser finden sich besonders etwas südlich von Castellabate, bei Acciaroli. Unser Urteil: Unbedingt EMPFEHLENSWERT!!! ##### Dagmar F. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll angelegt. Alles ist super sauber und der Pool ist ein traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind zurückhalten, aber sehr hilfsbereit. Nur die Angabe von zwei Schlafzimmern hat leider nicht gestimmt, was aber meiner Meinung nach an einem Übersetzungsfehler liegt. Letztlich hat es uns aber nicht gestört, dass unser Sohn auf dem Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen musste, denn dafür war es einfach zu schön. ##### Monika P.
