The room was great in a lovely looking hotel in a great location. James the owner/manager was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated it very much. He gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and breakfast. Thoroughly recommend

After a week touring NW Tasmania this was an obvious choice for a laundry stop.The only snag was the lack of washing machine instructions but plenty of liquid. The apartment was on two floors - bedroom & bathroom upstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dining table and lounge with TV. An outdoor patio area with chairs. The parking space was ample with a lift to the rooms from the car park. Well let cated in downtown Launceston.

Our stay was excellent. Right from check in until check out. We booked parking which was easy to find and easy to get your cases into the hotel. The room was a bit dated but it was immaculately clean, was a lovely size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bar area was good and all the staff friendly. They had a happy hour between 5 and 6.30 where wine, beer and spirits were €8each. Ideal after a hard day exploring the lovely town of Launceston. We didn't eat at the hotel so...

Great place to stay when visiting Launceston. Central location, free parking, comfortable room and good breakfast. Owner is really approachable and helpful.

Excellent stay again, the apartment was excellent and location was brilliant Apartment even comes with free parking - your own garage. Internet is fast, large screen TV Apart was modern and comfortable Highly recommended

Clean rooms & decent size to move around in. Close to cbd & plenty of options available on foot.

Very comfortable good was good.

The only disappointing thing was the pool and hot tub both were open yet the water was filthy- brown water with a green rim. Otherwise extremely clean and today. The young lady working the bar, was an absolute hard working individual and nothing was too much trouble. Very welcoming. Thank you
