Giovanni was really lovely to deal with.It was incredibly hot when we visited (38-39c) and the temperature inside the property was too hot for us and our kids. We moved the mattresses downstairs. We couldn’t keep the windows open as there weren’t mosquito nets and there wasn’t air con until we asked for an air con unit in the last few days and giovanni lent us one.An amazing place but I think small improvements need to be made to keep the house cool. Es steht sehr viel Platz zur Verfügung. Unschlagbar ist der Turm und der Ausblick in die Hügel der Toscana, nach Lastra a Signa und Florenz. Wir haben viel Zeit dort oben verbracht und den Ausblick von morgens bis in die Nacht genossen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, mit einem schönen Garten und traumhaften Pool. Der Vermieter ist super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Fahrten nach Florenz sind jederzeit mit dem Zug möglich. Auch andere tolle Städte sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. La terrasse (ventilée par la brise) offre une vue exceptionnelle sur Florence et la campagne Toscane environnante - endroit idéal pour le dîner avec le coucher de soleil. Piscine et extérieurs très bien entretenue et très agréable (quelques points d’ombres au milieu des oliviers bien apprecialbles pour soulager du soleil bien présent au mois d’août . Appartement équipé simplement mais suffisamment pour passer un excellent séjour. Petite cuisine mais bien équipée. Chambre parentale très agréable et literie de bonne qualité. La chambre avec les lits 1 personnes mériterait peut être de voir sa literie rénovée (mais pour de jeunes enfants : aucun soucis). Maison décorée avec authenticité qui nous plonge parfaitement dans l’esprit florentin. Maison accessible par une route où les croisements ne sont pas possibles sur 1 km / conduite « à l’italienne « ( avec klaxon) recommandée par la propriétaire (aucun soucis réel juste une habitude à prendre) . Gare accessible à pied (20 min de marche ) depuis la maison - idéal pour se rendre à Florence en train (gare de Florence en centre ville) / 2.30 € l’aller par personne. Même distance pour se rendre dans le centre de Lastra à signa et déguster des glaces.exceptionelles et se mêler à vie de quartier. Situation idéale pour rejoindre la route du Chianti et rejoindre les principales villes attractives de la région (ex Sienne a 1h de route en passant par les routes typiques de la Toscane). Supermarché à moins de 5 min en voiture. Propriétaire absent mais « remplacé » par sa cousine Angela pour nous accueillir. Angela est disponible et la pour fournir les bonnes indications. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour / seule déception sur Florence qui en plein mois d’août est envahie de touristes - ce qui gâche un peu la visite / mieux vaut se détourner et visiter la campagne Toscane. Donc en résumé cette location est parfaitement située pour visiter la Toscane mais très agréable aussi pour pratiquer le farniente - et profiter de la vue de la Terrasse. . Les hôtes etaient très acceuillants et disponibles. Lastra a signa est une ville très sympathique ou il fait bon vivre. Sienne est à 1h et cette ville est époustouflante. Florence à 15 mn ,donc la maison est très bien située. La location est idéalement placée près de Florence et à 1h des autres sites à visiter. Pour aller à Florence le plus simple c'est de prendre le train (gare à 5 min en voiture) ou le tram (gare à 15 min en voiture). La location est très agréable et conforme à la description, la vue de la tour est magnifique et le soir il est très agréable d'y monter. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine avec les enfants. L'appartement La Torre a beaucoup de charme et la vue depuis la terrasse de la tour est absolument splendide, 380° sur les collines d'oliviers et le haut du village de Lastra a Signa. La propriété est magnifiquement entretenue, calme et dotée d'une belle piscine cachée aux milieux des oliviers. Lastra a Signa est bien située pour aller visiter Florence (train ou voiture) et le reste de la Toscane. Un petit supermarché bien approvisionné en produits locaux est à 5 minutes en voiture. L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et propre. La vue de la Terrasse et la grande piscine sont fabuleuses. Le logement est spacieux, propre et la terrasse est superbe. Elle donne un spectacle magnifique sur la campagne toscane. Piscine et jardin très paisibles. L'accueil du propriétaire a été excellent. La propriété est très bien entretenue et nous avons pu profité de la piscine avec nos enfants. La piscine est magnifique et la vue depuis l'appartement de la tour est surprenante! Il est relativement facile de rejoindre Florence (en voiture pour notre part). On peut donc alterner farniente au bord de la piscine et visite de la ville. C'est parfait! Les propriétaires sont charmants et l'accueil est convivial. Seuls petits bémols: la cuisine est assez sommaire (mais il y a un très bon restaurant à quelques pas de la propriété) et l'accès à la terrasse de la tour est un peu fastidieux. Très bien équipé, la description est très fidèle, le prix est vraiment raisonnable même en haute saison, vue la prestation et cela même si on est obligé de payer 50 euros en plus pour le ménage (ce qui est un peu excessif à mon avis). Nous y étions à 5, avec nos trois enfants (ajout d'un lit d'appoint dans une des deux chambre). La vue de la tour sur la campagne toscane et sur Florence au loin est sublime. C'est une très bonne adresse pour visiter Florence en été car cela permet de se tenir au frais près de la piscine le matin et de partir en visite en fin d'après midi. Il fait 38 à 40 degrés en été, mais la brise se lève en fin d'après midi. Pour les courses c'est très pratique , car il y a un supermarché à Lastra y Signa, une petite épicerie accessible à pied. Les propriétaires habitent sur place et un autre appartement peut aussi être loué ce qui impose de partager la piscine. Mais lors de notre séjour nous étions seuls et n'avons pas eu à partager! ##### Ch A.
