"The room was supposed to be an upgrade , but it was smaller. The room did not get cooler at all. I can hear everybody next door down the hall everywhere. The bed was not comfortable, the shower and sinks were dirty. I was supposed to have a food voucher daily , but it turned out just to be one voucher. ..."
