"First kiosk to check in wasn’t working the wait in line was over an hour at 8:30pm after the long wait in line get to the room it was dirty hair in the tub & shower dirt rings also in tub trash still in bathroom only 2 towels go downstairs let staff know they put us in another room it was half cleaned ..."
