Shortage of staff. We were given a room in the top floor and were never informed that the elevator was not working. When we inquired at the front desk again, they said that was the only room we had and nothing we could do. After further discussion, they gave us another room with a single bed (with a couch bed) without any price reduction when we booked a room with two beds.

Quiet resort like feel off the strip but close enough to walk. Food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. Rooms were good size with small kitchenette. A microwave in the room would have been a nice addition. Grounds were clean and well kept.

Love that this wasn't a big resort property. Three floors in our building. Casino was small, but staff was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tuscany Suites and Casino. Front desk staff were friendly, yet professional and very welcoming. Price was very reasonable and the property was fantastic. Our room was large and clean; looked brand new! Great loaded fries and great craft beer selection in Pub 365 in the hotel! Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay however we had drain issues in our room. The shower, sink and toilet had issues. There was no microwave either wich sucked but we enjoyed our stay overall.

Tuscany is definitely a "diamond in the rough" when it comes to nice smaller hotel/casinos in Vegas. the staff was welcoming, the suite was super clean and we loved the food! Definitely coming back again soon!
