I do love this place. Check in seems to never run smoothly. I had to wait again another 45 minutes for my room to be ready. I was there at 4. Also I had to get in line again & the wait was horrible. It does happen a lot there. Other than that the hotel is clean & spacious. Good access if you want to go to a casino. Parking is very easy as well.

The room was very clean, the staff were incredibly nice and personable yet professional! Only a couple of small things that were unusable but very miniscule. Definitely is a great stay for sure!

The initial check in person at the front desk at PalmsPlace was amazing at helping me out of the mistakes that Expedia and StripView caused. Lets be clear I called the hotel prior before arrival weeks and days ahead confirming everything that I was saying how the room should be based off what I was being shown. I was told I was correct and that everything will be as shown. When I got in the room pillows on the bed looked like they haven't been changed, the cushions on the couch wasn't put together as well as needed to be cleaned. Its a lot more others things I can say but I already wrote an report and submitted it to security downstairs in the lobby at PalmsPlace during my check-out. Had a horrible experience they tried to give me some reward points but that didn't equal up to nothing that i lost from this mini trip.

The view was amazing. Very roomy. Beds were super comfy. The jetted tub was super relaxing. A full kitchen which I loved. The only cons was the housekeeping process. I wished it would be easy to get services thru out the whole day. Along with I thought there was a pool on the balcony, just because of the images. The price was a little high. But other than that my stay was good. I would stay at the palms again.

It’s a great place. I love staying here. The ice maker wasn’t working properly so I went downstairs and told the front office. They did nothing about it. That was disappointing. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s a great location and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Great room, nice and clean. Spacious. Only problems we had were the light in the bathroom where the toilet is was out and the room was a little dark at night while trying to get dressed. I know it was for ambiance, which indeed was nice. So if could actually rate this room it wouid be a 4.75. Would def stay there again

Was an overall good stay good room was cleaned well except did see some balls of long hair in the corner of the shower. They were hard to see to be fair. It is close to a grocery store and a few decent places to eat as well. Rooms are very quiet didn’t hear much other than some door closing. Would stay again it was a good value.

The room was clean the views was great however would have been nice to know that some of these suites have private owners and the lobby will try to charge you for tissue and housekeeping which I felt should have at least been mentioned plus it’s super hot out in Vegas the AC was not powerful enough for it to be such a luxury place you’d think the AC would work better than that!
