This suite was outstanding. It has an amazing view and the property felt upscale. The location is great in not having to deal with the strip traffic, but close enough to feel the strip area experience. We appreciated the free parking, too.

I’ve stayed at the Palms Place before and used this 3rd party to book and had not problems, so I decided to stay again. The first few things I noticed is that the refrigerator wasn’t working (at 40 degrees), the kitchen faucet was broken and the toilet wasn’t working right. I contacted the 3rd party company and they sent their maintenance guy the next day. While I was gone, they fixed the toilet, had to put a work order in for the faucet and said the refrigerator was working fine. However, when I returned the fridge was at 50 degrees and they sent me a picture of the maintenance main temperature gunning the ice machine which read 16 degrees, still not appropriate for food. I had to contact them again, which was a back and forth situation. I also informed them that the shower products were empty and never refilled. They ended up bringing in a new refrigerator after all the back and forth. Then to check out. I was charged 153 by Palms Place for checkout housekeeping, which I was already charged 160 by the 3rd party company. Again, it was a back and forth with the 3rd party company stating they couldn’t do anything and I needed to work that out with Palms Place and then PP told me I had to work that out with the 3rd party company. I spent so much time and effort with the 3 rd party company with basic things that should be handled and resolved when you book a place to stay. And it should have been a easy fix with the double charge of housekeeping. Wasn’t happy this time around!
