The staff are nice and the rooms are ok for the price that you are paying for (cleanliness could be better. The only big con I did have with this hotel was the strong smell of smoke that you get hit with the moment you enter. Overall, it’s a good stay if you are not planning on staying in your hotel room for too long and want to save money.

Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Convenient location to the Las Vegas Strip. Outside was well lit which made the property safe and secure. Bathroom sink, faucet, and countertop could have been cleaner. Sheets on bed had stains. Called housekeeping on first night to ask for extra blankets; no one answered even after several attempts.

The room was ok but my toilet flusher handle was extremely loose. The bath tub had lots of marks and cuts in the tile. The closet sliding door was broken so I couldn't open or close it more. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

It was fine. It was a bed and a place to keep my bag, and it was clean. It's right across the street from MGM so I spent most of my time there, and came to OYO to sleep. The elevators had issues while I was there, and it was all kind of laughable. I had a room that had an adjoining room, and whoever was in that room was super noisy and I could hear everything through the adjoining door as if they were in my room. I'd recommend avoiding adjoining rooms. It's nice enough but if you look for the cracks you'll find them. The photos definitely make it seem way nicer than it is. All this to say that I'd totally stay there again if seeing a show at MGM again, considering it's 20-25% the cost of a room at MGM.

Where do I star... no refrigerator and microwave. Two essential appliances when bringing a dog for their refrigerated only food. Hot water was warm and took time to get warm. No need to turn on the cold water. Air conditioner only goes down to 66 deg and even if the fan was set to high, the air coming out was low at best. And on our last night, it was barely cold at all. We had to use the handheld personal fan that we brought with us to blow some air while we slept. And lastly, never ever fall for the "free" items offer. You will be offered a free night or discounted stay or $100 in slot play to attend a viewing party for the newly renovated room at Westget hotel but in realitt you will be attending a timeshare session. Three hours of wasted time.

POOL STATES ITS OPEN MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER- NOT TRUE IT WASNT OPEN AND WE WERE TOLD THE POOL ISNT INCLUDED IN THE REOSRT FEES. ONCE THE POOL WAS OPEN IT WASNT OPEN THE CURRENT SCHEDULED TIME FORM 10-6PM . MULTIPLE ELEVATORS WERENT WORKING, ALSO WE BOOKED A QUEEN BED WITH A WALK IN SHOWER, WAS GIVEN A 2 FULL BEDS INSTEAD. ROOMS DONT INCLUDE COFFEE POT, MICROWAVE OR FRIDGE. UNLESS UPGRADED FOR A FEE. SECURITY WAS GOOD TO HAVE BUT THEY HARRASED MY WIFE AND KIDS THE ENTIRE TIME.

Our stay was great staff very helpful.Everything was great rooms were clean , the only thing didn't really accommodate me was not too many places to eat has a big hooter's restaurant Sign outside , but the restaurant is literally closed.
