Brand new, modern private room with lots of space and KING size bed. Free parking on premises.
Free coffee, water bottles, complementary beer, free shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. Located 20 minutes from strip, 15 minutes from fremont.
This private suite has it's own entrance and door lock codes which you will be provided before arrival. It is located in very safe and low trafic area. There is a dog on property that has NO access to the guests in any way.

Great location

Nice, quiet, clean. Suggest you plan on bringing wash cloths, extra toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and luggage rack(s). That said, we would stay here again.

A Place to Lay Your Head

Don’t have a lot to say about this property. Nice to have a place to stay on our way through to Yosemite. No welcome book/sheet and bathroom baseboards could use a wipe-down.

Incredible!

This property is absolutely amazing! Not only is it beautiful, clean and roomy it is also extremely safe. Very clear instructions were given for check-in. The host is so easy to work with and has great communication. I would highly recommend this property for either a quick overnight stay or several nights!

Great place away from the busy city

This was a great place a little away from the busiest parts of Vegas, but not super far. It was only like 1/2 hour away. The room was great if you're just there to sleep. No seating or table. I love that it was also easy to get to Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire State Park. We would definitely consider this place again

The host was very friendly, helpful and everything was done professionally. (Ensuring the guests and the host were right and checking the confirmation, showed us how to use the locks and where we were staying, offered us his assistance if needed)

We did not utilize the location as it is listed as a suite and is, in reality, just a bedroom and bathroom. The refrigerators are much too small for us due to medications we have that requires refrigeration. It was also a small area for us.

Short Night

Our Flight got in to Vegas late so it was about 2am when we got to the property and we had to be on the road by 7am. The property was eaasy to find and it had good motion lights so the entrance was well lit .The place was small but great for two people and it had everything we needed for our short one night stay. We will stay there again if we are in the area

Nice place; beautiful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here. It was about a 30 minute drive from the Strip, an hour from Hoover Dam, and 20 minutes from Red Rock Canyon. It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood with mountains in the background. As stated, this rental is within the owner’s home although there is no access to the rest of the house. You can hear them, though, so if that would bother you then you may want to find another place. It was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed.

Convenient location

Easy access and convenient location in Centennial Hills area. Safe quiet neighborhood but parking is not on premises but on the street in front of the house. Room was very clean but sparsely decorated. No table or chairs and no washer or dryer as listed in property amenities. This was definitely a problem when we planned on it staying 10 days. While linens and towels were clean they are dated , think 70’s. No bath mat to stand on, purchased one and left it for the nex guest. Would stay again, now that we know what to expect. Host very responsive through text messages. guest.

Review of room

The room was clean at first site , but the floor needed to be mopped and the sheets should be clean and not with tears in them and feeling of ruffness. TV could be bigger. Otherwise it was quite and good enough to leave an overall rating of 4stars .

I felt safe here the only issue I had was the the frig made a really loud noise at night that did not let me sleep. Oh and the bed and pillows are not comfortable. Everything else was great.

A private bedroom inside someone's home

This was not what we expected from a VRBO property. We have been using VRBO for 20 years and have always had the property to ourselves. Our private bedroom with attached bathroom had an outside entrance, but also had an interior door (with a keypad) that led into to owner's house. We could hear their conversations. We were uncomfortable and decided to only stay 1 night even though we paid for 2.
