The Neighborhood:

The Signature couldn’t be closer to all of the action Las Vegas has to offer! Located just steps away from the strip means easy access at any time. Enjoy endless shops, restaurants, shows, casinos, and even rides. Looking for something else to do? Topgolf is just feet away from your front door.

Getting Around:

In the case the you need to get around town, there are many options to choose from! Hop on the SLS Monorail located just behind the building or use services such as Lyft and Uber. A short walk to Koval and Harmon will provide you access to a bus stop as well. Exotic car rentals are always worth a spin for special occasions! Keep in mind there is still much to be seen within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:


* No additional taxes or resort fees

* Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out.

* The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay.

* Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price.

* The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies.

* We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes.

* You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property

Interaction with Guests:

The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

It's a great experience. We had a lot of fun and the communication was absolutely amazing. It's off the strip, but definitely worth it. It was clean, the staff was great and parking is great as well.

Great Place just off the strip!

Quieter and more peaceful than other places directly on the strip. 15 minute walk through air-conditioned walkways to MGM and the monorail station. Pretty building and gated- but still UBER/Lyft friendly!

Great stay!

This place was great, we had a work conference and stayed here for 4 nights. We have no complaints and everything was smooth, when we needed something we contacted our host and it was taken care of right away. I definitely recommend staying here, it’s literally right next to the mgm grand and everything else is just a few minutes away. The host was great to deal with! Will be booking here again next time.

Great place to stay with family

Property was as advertised. It would have been nice to have more than 2 plates/bowls etc. There was 1 pot and 1 pan, and no papertowels or napkins. It was enough to get us through 4 days, and the property manager/service was excellent.

Clean, Safe, Easy and a Great View of the Sphere!

Loved staying in this condo in a gated development within easy walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip! We loved the peace and quiet of staying in a hotel without all the noice and crowds of a casino property. Other advantages: great service, free valet parking, closeted commode (so if one person is in the commode, the other person can use the shower or sinks), kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave as well as stovetop and sind, no resort or parking fees! Only disappointment is that host did not respond to our email request to extend our checkout time from 11AM to 11:30AM. We would have been OK with a "no," but expected a response either way. Looking at other reviews, it appears there is no flexibility on check-in and check-out stated times. That's OK. Still would be our first choice of places to stay in Las Vegas!

Close to the fun, away from the fray

This property was everything advertised. It was clean and nicely decorated with a great view!Close enough to be walkable and far enough from the strip to be quiet and calm. We loved it!

Nice clean and quiet unit.

This unit is as advertised. Suited us well during our 3 day stay. Free Valet Parking was nice since we took day trips to nearby sights. The walk to the Vegas Strip was easy. Host was easy to deal with. Uber access was easy when we used it for transportation to evening shows. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

Great, clean room with a very attentive and responsive host. Amazing view from the room balcony. Would definitely recommend this room to others and will book again our next Vegas trip!

Best place we’ve stayed in Vegas

Pictures don’t do justice to this place!! We didn’t spend a lot of time at the room, but that was another benefit of staying here. You are located near everything but far enough away from the craziness of you need a break. The monorail is a short walk from room and the MGM grand is attached to building and only a short walk. The staff was very nice and helpful and the owner is a great communicator and was very helpful with the whole process. We will definitely be back next year.
