Let me preface by saying everything was “nice” & clean. There’s no pull up check-in service anymore. Parking is far away.The hotel was originally affordable as in the the price of the room was doable with taxes and resort fees however, when you get into property, the check-in process is now electronic at first is smooth but after you use one kiosk to check in, they route you across the lobby to another. There it is posted that you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to receive a QR code just to get your key. Crazy bottleneck. We were traveling with another family who had repeat problems upon check-in. I went back to the car and they were in there for another 20 minutes just waiting to get a room key because there’s no more face-to-face interaction. She was beyond frustrated while there was hotel tons of hotel employees around the check-in area. Their solution was always to go back to the kiosk/monitor and sort it out there. It was incredibly frustrating. Secondly the family friendly environment/original price tag was undermined by some pretty unfriendly pricing in the stores. For instance, the Family we traveled with needed sunscreen a ridiculous $30 for a small sunscreen.$7 for a bottle of water, $7 for one scoop of ice cream that, you couldn’t even sample, turned out was gritty & freezer burnt but I would say the dinner show was amazing. It was clean and nicebut fair warning it just gets to be a bit of a stealthy price once you’re in the doors.

We stayed here literally for a bed at night. We didn’t sleep much so didn’t want to spend a huge amount of money. It was good for that. If you’re looking for somewhere extravagant, don’t stay here. However, if you need a shower and bed, do it!

Family friendly, We stayed for 3 nights I requested on the check in kiosk to have my room clean at least one time and I Didn't get any room service for those 3 days, I had to take the accumulated trash and leave it in the hall way my self ,I also found a blue pill ( Viagra) on the floor when I walked in the room.
