  • Elevate your getaway with a stay in our fully renovated 2-bedroom plus owners retreat. Imbued with sleek serenity and modern finishings, this residence is a sanctuary of style and tranquility. Treat yourself to a luxurious experience in this thoughtfully designed modern haven. Located close to the freeway for easy access to downtown Las Vegas and Freemont Street Experience. This home will meet all your expectations and give you a quiet place to relax at night.

    A fully refundable $250 Damage hold with be authorized on day of check in. Please be sure to have the $250 available in your account for the hold, failed holds may result in a delayed check in. The hold will be released 3-5 business days after check out as long as there are no damages.

    Pets allowed with prior approval of owner. Pet fee of $150 must be paid prior to arrival.

    No parties or smoking of any kind inside home.
    Must be 21 or older to book.

    Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 9am

    No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.

    No parties or get togethers. Max # of people at anytime is 8

    ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS OUTSIDE

    NO Speakers outdoors.
