A nice place to stay

We had a nice time here! The home was spacious and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located so you aren’t far away from anything.

Great place in a nice neighborhood!

This home really suited our needs for a place in Vegas that wasn't too far from the Strip. Plenty of room, nice pool with sun shades and very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive. I would stay here again!

Property was peaceful and clean. Only feedback for improvement would be to have more glasses in the kitchen. Lots of mugs! Also, the TV in the main bedroom was not connected (but we didn't really need it...just FYI). Many thanks for a comfortable stay! :-)

Nice house - good location- quiet neighborhood. Did not receive check in info until day of checkin so it was difficult to relay info to the rest of the family since they were flying. It seemed the only time the host would respond was in the evening or early morning

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Decent house.

The house was exactly as pictured. However, the pool was dirty, not that it’s exactly swimming season, but we would’ve jumped in. Some quirks. No fan in the master bathroom. Several of the lamps didn’t work. Several of the light fixtures didn’t work. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. But it was in a very nice neighborhood. Communication was great. They let us check out late, which was very kind. The house overall was not bad. If you’re looking for no-frills, then it should be fine.

The host communication was great. The layout of the home was great. The location was great, nice neighborhood. The bedrooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. The master bathroom was lovely! Upkeep on the home and some basic amenities were lacking. The coffee pot doesn’t fit the machine causing grounds and water to sit in the top of the machine, the dishwasher stunk and didn’t work, the handle on the patio door was falling off, there are NO regular drinking glasses, some of the kitchen utensils were warped or broken, some of the pans appeared to be dirty, the main dining room chairs are all either wobbly and/or you can feel the boards through the pads, there are no pads for the outside patio furniture, the patio furniture and tables were filthy, the small hair dryer in the 2nd bathroom doesn’t work, the towel bar in that bathroom was missing, the shower diverter didn’t work well, and the MBR toilet started leaking just before we left. So many little things could be done to easily make this a 5-star home.
