Nettes Apartment direkt an der Promenade
Pros: Sehr zentrale Lage. La Isleta, las Canteras und Alcaravaneras-Strand lassen sich super zu Fuß erkunden. Man kann die Abende auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen und hat das Gefühl mitten im Geschehen zu sein, da der Balkon direkt an den Paseo las Canteras anschließt. Es gibt viele kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar/ Dino) direkt um die Ecke.
Die Größe des Apartment war ausreichend für 2 Pers. plus Kind.
Die Dame, die mit der Schlüsselübergabe beauftragt war, war sehr nett und stand uns während unseres Aufenthalts als Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung. Sie spricht allerdings nur spanisch.
Cons: Das Apartment ist in die Jahre gekommen, was so auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen ist. Die Scharniere der Schränke sind ausgeleiert, Möbel-Ecken und -Kanten abgeplatzt, Tapete und Putz lösen sich an mehreren Stellen. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht verschließen, da die Schließvorrichtung komplett verrostet und korrodiert war.
Als Kaffeemaschine gibt es ein winziges Mokkakännchen für die Herdplatte. Toaster und Ofen gab es nicht, aber eine Mikrowelle. Parken an der Straße ist aussichtslos (Tipp: Das günstigste Parkhaus in der näheren Umgebung ist das Parkhaus am Museum Elder für 30€ die Woche).
