"We stayed here overnight with our 9 year old granddaughter while attending Disney on Ice show at OVO Hydro. The hotel was very comfortable with more than adequate accommodation for us all. Dinner was served very quickly and was reasonably priced. Breakfast really set us up for the day as there were ample choices and we could eat as much food as we needed. A lovely hotel with attentive staff. We will definitely be back."

"Woke up surrounded by bedbugs, luckily I hadn’t unpacked yet, I took photos and video and physically brought one of the bugs to the front desk in a tissue. Asked for a full refund and to leave immediately as I’m terribly allergic and wasn’t willing to take chances unpacking in another room. Full refund was denied, even though I was in need of finding an immediate last minute hotel replacement. Missed my tours for the day. Desk denied the presence of bugs OF COURSE — They then threatened to fine/sue me if I published this honest review with photographic evidence. Absolutely horrifying, ruined my trip. "
