Relax in the comfortable beds and prepare your own meals in the full kitchen. Perfect place for one night or many. Located on the upper floor of a two level 8-plex, there are 10 steps to enter the unit. Responsible pet owners are welcome! We do charge $15/pet per night for a maximum of $150 per stay. This is charged to you the day of your arrival. I don’t live on site, but either I or an assistant will be available to answer any questions you may have. Unless it’s an emergency, please call or message between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee) Portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit. Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP. It was super easy to check in, it was VERY clean with a few fun treats in the kitchen. The owner was VERY responsive to all of our questions. They were answered with in minutes. Our only observation was that it says that it sleeps 6\. The beds in the bedrooms are fulls. In our opinion that is too small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably...or maybe my husband and I just require more room. We ended up sleeping in different bedrooms.
