You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Private and comfortable!

Located in one of Laramie’s finest neighborhoods, this 3 BD/2 Bath townhouse faces a beautiful empty field. Stylishly decorated with care and experience. Whether you’re staying for one night or many, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay and home away from home. With a nice fenced backyard, you’ll be able to enjoy your morning coffee out on the patio (weather permitting, of course). Speaking of weather, feel free to park in the garage to get that vehicle out of the elements.

We welcome responsible pet owners! We do charge $15/pet per night for a max of $150 per stay. This will be charge separately the day before arrival. Please keep pets off all furniture and crated when you leave the townhome.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, weed).

The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 10am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (10am-11am) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.

CANCELLATIONS at any time will incur a 6% refund fee.

Cozy, clean getaway!

Great place to stay with the family and dogs to catch a football game. Great park across the street to stretch our legs and take the dogs for a walk. Wonderful host and very clean.

Comfortable and good location

We enjoyed our stay. Location is well maintained, equipped, and clean. Property management was easy to reach and responsive for questions or needs. Walking trails available across the street which were really nice and give panoramic views.

Be careful! The cement steps lead into the front door are steep and narrow without handrails. The door opens onto the top stair so there is barely any room for the person opening the door to stand. My 80-year-old mother tried to step onto the stairs but without railing she lost her footing and fell onto the grass and busted her knee and her arm. It is a nice place hold on. I’m not gonna submit this
