Originally a stone stable built in 1883, this building was later converted into apartments and newly renovated to provide the modern conveniences and furnishings you desire. This 2-bed, 2.5-bath condo features a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, and a great outdoor space with a gas grill and gazebo.     This location was perfect for us while in Laramie for four days. Used the kitchen and ate outside in the gazebo to enjoy the beautiful summer temps. Good home base to do some sight-seeing.

    Loved staying at this adorable condo. Perfectly located to downtown restaurants and bars and the University of Wyoming. You can walk to either. Our host was amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much. Bonus of this property is the proceeds that go to support the museum. We will be back.

    A historic building in a great location

    If you want to be able to walk to the UW campus and into town, (which we did) the location of the property was perfect. If you like historic buildings, then you will also enjoy that aspect of this property. For us, it was too over crowded with furniture and there was not enough natural light. But the managers of the property could not be nicer and with proceeds from the rent going to help support the Laramie Plains Museum right across the street, we were happy to have stayed here.

    Great Repeat Property for Us!

    This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. The location is perfect with easy access to downtown, the University and skiing at Snowy Range. We heavily utilize kitchens during our stays and this one was outfitted with everything we needed to prepare our "at home" meals. Joyce is an impeccable host. We had an issue we needed to reach out about during this trip and she was so responsive and got the issue taken care of ASAP. I'd highly recommend a stay in this historical property.
