Your Minimalist One Bedroom Home with Pool with WiFi & Netflix

Our one-bedroom vacation rental is conveniently located close to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. The unit comes with high speed internet (Wi-Fi) and a full kitchen supplied with basic cooking ware to help you prepare your meals. We have air conditioning units, hot & cold shower in the bathroom and a flat screen TV.

Mactan Newtown is a relaxed community with all the comforts of home. You can find a Starbucks, a variety of restaurants, and a supermarket all within walking distance.

BEACH ACCESS:
Mactan Newtown Beach - stays 6 months and up can access the beach for free. Less than 6 months stay will pay for 350php entrance fee.
