Everything was awesome but the food could’ve some variation like the constant breaded fish was there and dried little fish,could’ve had the Toyo or bigger cheaper dried fish not the butterfly dried fish 😅just my preference kc you can get tink with the butterfly dried fish. Service was great thank you to the staff at the dining and entrance 💙makes me want to come back.

The staff was good for the most part, didn't like the lack of hair dryer, toilet was broken and wouldn't flush, water leak on floor, no storage for soap in shower, no phones to call room service or front desk. Stayed last year and definitely has declined since then.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Mactan Cebu. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The view from the hotel was also beautiful! The only thing I would mention is that I booked the hotel thinking it was directly near the beach based on the photos and description. It is not actually beachfront, and you either need to take the hotel shuttle or walk about 10 minutes to reach the beach. I personally didn’t mind the walk, but I did find the description a little misleading. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the wonderful staff, beautiful views, and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying here again. ❤️

I was so amazed and surprised the staff of their customer service and friendly attitude from the receptionist, baggage workers and frond door guards, all are doing outstanding job. They food service staff and OJT workers are of highest quality of customer service, I recognized Ms, Mabel of her dedication and hardworking. Bravo for a job well done, Thank you and see you again on my next visit in Cebu.
