Welcome to this charming villa in Cassy, in the municipality of Lanton, perfect for a dream stay on the basin! You will appreciate the outdoor space with its beautiful covered terrace and its plancha. The soothing view over the swimming pool completes this idyllic setting, with the promise of a refreshing dip.



Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this villa can accommodate up to 8 travellers.



Upon your arrival, you will discover the living space decorated in a seaside spirit. The lounge, facing outwards, invites gatherings, lively discussions or board games in comfortable armchairs and sofas. The fully equipped kitchen (cooker with 6 gas hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals with a view of the garden and terrace. The dining room will allow you to share convivial moments all together, or you can also enjoy the table set up on the terrace.



Above the living area, you will enjoy a mezzanine equipped with a TV and a sofa (note that the stairs and railings are dangerous for children). In the evening, the unfolded sofa offers comfortable sleeping for two adults.



On the sleeping side, the house has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 2: equipped with a queen size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 3: equipped with a double bed and opening onto the garden

Bedroom 4: equipped with two single beds



Two bathrooms equipped with hairdryers as well as two independent toilets complete the accommodation.

For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal. You can park up to two vehicles in the private car park of the rental.
