Great service from the front desk when I got to the hotel in the morning, but when I returned late at night, I couldn’t find the television remote in my room and I couldn’t get in touch with the front desk using the room phone.

Nice spot- stayed here during a business trip. pros: comfy beds good pillows, lots of different lighting options, decent water pressure and a Mini fridge in the room and the temperature was comfortable. Cons: I was confused about the breakfast (it comes with some stay and not others but it was never offered as an option at check in and no explanation). Not sure what the extra $70 “resort” fee is for as I don’t believe there are any “resort” style amenities.I had to hunt down the ice machine (it’s on the 2nd floor btw). Could use a little spot to purchase snacks/soda/water, etc… since there’s no room service. Wanted to order from the restaurant downstairs but there were no menus or contacts in the room so I ordered door dash. Overall, I had a good stay, there’s just a few details and some clarification from the staff at check in, that I believe would have made it better.
