"Very clean but room by road noisy. Fantasy forest to walk dog, however when checked in asked for 5 e extra each pet, cat and dog making 10e already expensive for a budget et lol. Television suddenly came on and there was no remote, reported in morning who said there should have been one! Food places in fridge. Friendly staff easy check in "

"I stayed here for 4 nights and had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. The room was basic but served it's purpose. Where the hotel really excelled was with it's abundant French breakfast of Juice,Croissant, jam, butter, bread and hot drinks. More than enough to prepare you for the day. The dinners were amazing. The location is great, the auberge is in a village which feels very secluded because of the surrounding forest but is in reality perfectly placed as a staging post to or from southern France. The main house is beautiful (some renovation work is ongoing but is unobtrusive); our room was very comfortable; breakfast was very good; the swimming pool was fantastic and the welcome we received (from reception staff and from the owner and his wife) was very warm and friendly.
