Really run down. Smelly bathroom- septic tank right there. Water from shower and sink goes directly to the soil. Noisy next to the airport. Muddy beach. Can’t walk or even consider going in the water. Nice sunset. Good food at the restaurant. Irish chef. Try the lamb stew.

Excellent location right on beach very calm and tranquil serene. STAFF very friendly and helpful. Most enjoyable stay in all of Langkawi stayed at 3 different hotels. Great breakfast 😋 👌 will highly recommend this beach villas ❤️❤️❤️

The accommodation was great, the Beach Villa was like a dream, beautiful and clean with a sea view. The outdoor bathroom was also a nice touch, very comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with was the mess and rubbish in the area and near the beach.

Am Anreisetag war der Mitarbeiter wenig hilfsbereit. Weder WLAN und sonstiges wurden gezeigt. Zu viele Mücken im Zimmer. Strand ist lieblos und ein wenig dreckig. Mit ein wenig Mühe könnte das richtig schön sein.

You can’t swim in the ocean there, so beach is for photos only. Front sea view houses has no entrance to the beach side, you have to go around.

There was no buffet breakfast, also breakfast start at 8 AM which is bit late. Cleaning staff should be more efficient in cleaning the washrooms also if they are cleaning the unit.

The place is conveniently located within walking distance from the airport, making it a great option for travelers. While there isn’t much around apart from a small market, scooters are available on request, which was a huge plus. We found it to be great value for money, as having a scooter allowed us to explore a lot of the island with ease. I’d highly recommend it for those comfortable with driving scooters, as it really enhances the experience!

Nous nous sommes retrouvés sur un terrain vague plein d objet traînaient par terre. Un semblant de plage et comme décor la caserne de gendarmerie sur la droite.le pire c'était la piste de l aéroport juste derrière et la route entre les deux. La propriétaire était très sympathique mais ça ne suffisait pas à nous convaincre de rester. Le lendemain nous sommes partis en perdant 1200€ et nous avons reloué un hôtel à cenang. J en profite pour demander à la propriétaire un remboursement si elle a réussi à relouer les 20 jours payés.
