I didnt have much interaction with the staff but the little that I had was very pleasant. Would definitely go again. The area is a bit isolated however, not in a scary/ worrying way, just in a way that you are fully aware of the isolation so that is something to consider depending on the type of person you are. It is close to local airport and grab is readily available and affordable on the Island. I was told there was no free breakfast and given a room with one double bed. The person at the front desk refused to look at the reservation I had. She was very rude. Customer service is non-existence. The location is also far away from the beach. Bathroom smelled like sewage.
