Langkawi lagoon

Nothing much around the facility, lagoon is muddy during the day, bug and mosquitoes get inside room. I stayed over the water. Air conditioner was cold Shower floor was slippery

Hotel accepts cash only

The staff were friendly, polite and accommodating but the hotel was a bit rough around the edges...odd toiletries in the bathroom (bath soak but no shower gel, no hand was in toilets), cushions missing from chairs, pool bar closed and they only accepted cash for room payment. We got a huge discount on the room but if Iโ€™d paid the asking price Iโ€™d have been pretty disappointed. The staff seem to be keeping it together against many odds.

Worst stay experience in my life so far. This property looked like a dead place. They took good 30 min to find my booking when I reached. Eventually agreed that it is there. The hotel has zero maintenance. No facilities. No amenities. Restaurant closed. Nothing to eat and order. I wonโ€™t recommend this place to anyone.

Villaerne skulle have vรฆret pรฅ pรฆle i havet. Det var ren sump. Der er ingen strand som pรฅ billederne. Vi havde rottelort og tis i sengen og mรฅtte skifte vรฆrelse tre gange. Det var sรฅ nedslidt, beskidt og ulรฆkkert. Personalet var sรธde. Vi forlod hotellet efter kun en nat uden sรธvn selvom vi skulle vรฆre der lรฆngere

Kamer was mooi maar uitgeleerd en heel vies. Ik heb de receptie verzocht om mijn kamer opnieuw schoon te maken toen ik incheckde maar hierna was het nog steeds heel vies. Haren in het bed, dode insecten op de grond, stof, vieze plakkerige wc, schimmel, ect ect. Het personeel was totaal niet behulpzaam. Iedere dag als housekeeping je kamer komt schoonmaken stopt je kamer pas met werken. Dus iedere keer moet je terug naar de receptie om je pasje opnieuw te laten maken. Toen ik dit wou bespreken met de receptie waren ze niet geรฏnteresseerd in mijn feedback.

Det var ett bra hotell med en hรคrlig och ren pool, dรคremot kunde vi inte utnyttja stranden dรฅ det inte fanns nรฅgot vatten sรฅ lรฅngt in utan var bara lera. Det var en arbetsplats jรคmte hotellet som stรถrde det lugna ljudet emellanรฅt med. Sen fanns det ett gym, men det var tydligen privat, hade varit bra om det hade framgรฅtt i bokningen. The property is in urgent need of a renovation. From walls that had water leaks and havenโ€™t been repainted in decades to dirty pool mats to a โ€œbeachโ€ that you canโ€™t swim in, this was overall just a bit of a shock.

Dans les chambres on voit que lโ€™hรดtel est pas tous jeune.. serviette sales Le lent demain constatation en plein jours.. Piscine ร  l'abandon.. Jardin pas entretenue.. Des poubelles pas vider, des bouteilles qui restent pendant 3 jours sur le cรดtรฉ des transats sans รชtre jeter, plancher autour de la piscine manquante. Plage inaccessible car rempli de dรฉchet et de vase du ร  la montรฉe des eaux Douche extรฉrieur qui fuie pendants 3 jours Et je parle pas de lโ€™รฉtats de la faรงade de lโ€™hรดtel !! A รฉviter !

A Disappointing Experience

The hotel is not well maintained. It is pretty worn out. bathrooms and faucets were old and leaky. Smell of mildew or dampness was annoying. The room was supposed to have two queen beds but it only had one queen bed and a single bed. The staff added a folding bed with a very thin mattress which was extremely uncomfortable. However, upon our complaint, they replaced the mattress with a better one. The beach in front of the hotel is not swimmable due to thick layer of sediments covering the beach. The so called Beach Resort lacked any dining or food service. No food or beverage available on the premises. The WiFi service was almost non-existent most of the time. The TV offered only 8 channels all in local language. Not a single English language programming. In an nutshell, it barely offered the minimum necessities. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Although, on a positive note, the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Far from being a 4 star hotel

Staff was very nice except for 1 person in reception, but hotel was not in a good shape. This hotel is branded as beeing a 4 star hotel and it does not live up too that. It has cracked painting in the facades, and it looks like maintainance is not being done. It might have been a 4 star hotel at one point, but it certainly isn't anymore. It more looks like a hotel past its prime time and just getting ready to close down. Until 3pm it was impossiรฆble to get anything to drink at the pool unless you wanted to leve the hotel. You could see that there used to have been a poolbar but it was just an empty shack b d it looked liked that there has been a restaurant with front out to the pool as well but it was closed down as well and looked like it had been abandoned. The first room we were shown was not very nice and instead they upgraded us for free to the sea villas faced inwards toward land. It was an improvement, but the sea villas are old and need sole improvement as well, but it was better that the first room we were shown. Also, the beach is not for swimming, which you are being told upon arrival. It was not mentioned when we booked it, which i found slightly irritating. That was one of the reasons this hotel was booked. All in All this hotel is way past its primetime and could use some serious renovation to get it back in shape.
