Took my parents on a trip to Langkawi and I was worried about their dietary habits as they have a very limited palet and are very picky but Ahmed Akmal, Kirubakaran, Khairul and executive chef Aliff took extraordinary care of them and individually catered to their expectations making it an extremely positive experience for my parents. All the other staff in the hotel were also extremely friendly and had great personalities. The buffet spread was always wide and good quality and it’s a very short walk to the beach and has rooms with great views at an affordable price

The staff at the Aloft made me feel so welcome when I arrived it changed my trip, right from the beginning to the end, I truly had the best time the staff are all amazing happy & friendly and the location and elevated pool for the stunning Langkawi sunsets made my holiday a perfect one especially as a solo traveller for the first time, I will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday

Lovely big clean spacious room. staff were excellent very helpful and kind too many to mention but they certainly looked after us, we stayed for 11 nights. Breakfast was good but mostly Indian cuisine there was plenty of choice so you wouldn’t go hungry cereals, pancakes, bread and cheeses. The beach is across the road (hotel offers to take you on buggies but we just walked) lovely white beach with many jet ski’s and banana boats etc. only a few chairs, umbrellas and tables in a very small area of the beach felt the hotel could have put loungers instead of chairs would have used them. The pool and to jacuzzis were clean and we used them well 🤗 We will definitely return there are also many restaurants nearby

The rooms are in a tired state. Mildew / mould in shower area. Towels and bed linen threadbare, and a more greyish hue than white. Pillows smelt of greasy hair. Staff were friendly. Extensive breakfast - lots of variety and well organised. Deposit for charged items returned between 7-10 days. No confirmation or evidence provided to provide confidence that monies will be returned. You are given a business card with an email address on to contact if monies not returned within timeframe.

Excellent hotel with a great location in the south of the island. Great breakfast with many options and a lot of activities for children. 5 minute walk to the beach. Happy hour at the bar every day all day long!

The rooms were well appointed with everything you needed. Loved having the wardrobe in the bathroom area. We used the balcony in the morning and after sunset when it was cooler. The buffet breakfast had a lot of great choices - just don’t go too late as it gets very busy! The bar cocktails were very reasonably priced and tasted great. It was very handy having plenty of free carparking too. Definitely would stay again.

The welcome was good ,staff was polite and attentive. Rooms are good but the AC was not working properly. It was on 16 but it was hardly cooling,complain them and they came to check but still there wasn’t any difference. Breakfast spread was good and little variation everyday. 10 minutes drive from the happening Cenang beach. Overall a good experience.
