"Wir waren mit 4 Frauen eine Woche hier und haben es genossen, jeweils ein eigenes Schlafzimmer und Bad zu haben (ein Bad liegt allerdings eine Etage unter dem Schlafzimmer).Empfang und Abreise verliefen ohne Kontakt zueinander, aber sehr unkompliziert (Schlüsselkasten). Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet - genauso war auch der Empfang mit Kuchen, Marmelade, Obst und Naschereien. Danke!Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet (z.B. gute Töpfe).Hervorragend fanden wir, dass sämtliche Fenster mit Fliegengittern versehen sind. So wurden wir von lästigem Ungeziefer verschont.Das Haus hat eine alte Holztreppe, über die man leider nicht leise gehen kann. Wenn also jemand nachts ins untere Bad zur Toilette musste, so war das nicht leise zu bewerkstelligen. Aber es hat uns nicht so sehr gestört und macht vielleicht auch einen Teil vom Charme des Hauses aus. - An die vielen Stolperkanten hatten wir uns auch relativ schnell gewöhnt.In den Garten muss man eine (für uns Senioren) recht steile, kleine Treppe hinunter, was uns teilweise ein bisschen Probleme machte. Aber der schöne Garten und der Sonnenschein in den ersten Tagen lockten uns immer wieder ins Freie. Super, dass man diese Möglichkeit hat.In der Umgebung kann man eine Menge entdecken und unternehmen. Uns hat die Woche sehr gut gefallen und gut getan!"

"This hotel had clean, comfortable rooms. Having an onsite restaurant for dinner was a nice benefit. Good breakfast buffet too. The only negative was that no one was available at the front desk for check even though we rang the bell and waited a while. We ended up going to the restaurant and alerting them, which took care of us."

"No hot drink facilities in room. Specific room request was actioned. Bed/pillows were comfy and room a good temperature. Hotel immediate surrounding area looked a bit run down/almost industrial area, but hotel itself was lovely. Quiet and well-maintained. We were only there as passing through, but seemed to have plenty of facilities for those looking for hiking/cycling the surrounding areas."

"There are a lot of hotel choices in the old part of Hann. Muenden. Most are expensive. This one is slightly cheaper, but for many obvious reasons. First; the good... it's right alongside the river, and everything is very walkable. Now several things that are odd, quirky and/or can be improved... The staff could have been a bit more welcoming, we're fluent in both English and German, but we felt there was a communication gap. The property is several buildings cobbled together. We were given a room with 2 windows that you see in the hotel's picture one row below the top. This meant going both up, and down, a total of 3 or 4 staircases, the last one being VERY steep. We're able and healthy, but it was odd. The room we did receive was quite small, and yes, German hotel rooms tend to be, but this was much smaller than anywhere else we stayed in Germany. The bathroom was even smaller, and I had to duck to shower. There was a glass (for water? toothbrushes?) in the bathroom, upside down, but was not very clean. Did not use. We visited on a very hot day in the summer; no we weren't expecting air conditioning, but you should note that there is none. Breakfast was an OK spread (compared some places), but not the highest of quality (cheeses/meats/breads, etc.). Before you say; "stupid Americans!" note that we have studied in Germany, visit Germany often, and are fluent. Had low expectations. As a place to crash, it's OK. As a place to enjoy and relax in and feel at home; no."

"The room and facilities were top shelf! Lots of space in the room and I loved the balcony. The washroom was clean and spacious. Very quiet and the golf course looked amazing (too bad we couldn’t play!). The location was out of town but access to the City was easy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were excellent and helpful. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. "
