Very nice room in the Valley Wing. The buffet breakfast is included daily (covering two persons per room). The restaurant at lobby level offers amazing choices with a high cooking and serving food stations, serving Chinese breakfast, pastry, Korean and Japanese food (for breakfast). The staff members are all polite and professional. For the daily all inclusive room rate of about RMB 2000 per night, it is a good deal.

"The check-in counter staff was very nice and efficient. Not so much for the check-out but is ok. However, the SPA is not ready SPA service and don't really provide any service and only massage the back for 1 hours service and added in another 15% surcharge without any invoice. Horrible and hostage ..."
