"The property is a little outside of Venice proper, but easily accessible via the Vaporetto (Tranchetto stop). The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with breakfast. The line was quite long as there were only two small breakfast areas. The breakfast itself was plentiful and good, but the coffee machines were very slow. The hotel itself was quiet despite being very busy. The rooms are also small, and there is only one area for storing one suitcase, with no closet. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff are always accommodating and helpful. The bed was very large and comfortable. Easy internet access but tv only showed Italian, French or German speaking channels. Transport is excellent as the train station is opposite the hotel. The train will take you straight not Venice or any other parts of Italy. Great stay (again)."

"We arrived from the airport by water taxi right to the front door of the hotel as it is located on the Grand Canal in the San Polo district. Check-in was efficient and hotel staff took care of our luggage. They serve an excellent buffet style breakfast with a wide variety of food both hot and cold. Our room was very comfortable, very clean and well stocked with amenities in the bathroom. All of the hotel staff spoke English and were very helpful with directions to points of interest as well as dinner reservations. A great hotel in a great location, highly recommend.
