Amazing hotel! This place really deserves 5 stars! The staff is on point with their service, super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. We had an excellent relaxing break in this lovely hotel, made special by the excellent service of the staff. We could spend time watching the boats on the lagoon from the windows of our room. The small lounge was a nice touch and we were made very comfortable when we collected our luggage on the afternoon of departure with time to rest and a cup of tea. The hotel is very close to the vaporetti stops of Arsenale where the boat from the airport stops, and San Zachariah so getting about to the...

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff who showed us where everything was, which water bus to get etc. Close to what is a lovely seaside style resort so restaurants, ice cream, beach etc. within 10 minutes walk. Only minus is that the bedroom was very hot at night so difficult to sleep.

Great location, air conditioned rooms , 2 bathrooms , friendly host . Not so good - 20 Euro service charge as well as the city tax which I didn’t know about and nowhere to store luggage after checkout so had to pull cases around all day in the heat and it ruined our final day! Overall a nice stay though
