"When I visited the hotel a few months ago. One of the lifts was out of action. On this visit both of the lifts were not working. Maintenance at this hotel is poor. On check-in I had to wait 10 mins for a receptionist to check me in. Generally hotels is unkempt and dirty. It’s a good location just a shame it is not being maintained well"
