Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Empoli" 15 km, sandy beach "Viareggio" 65 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km.
    4-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and air conditioning.
