My friends and I had a great 3 night stay here. Clean, spacious, as described. Rooms were comfy, kitchen well stocked. Pool table was a small version, and internet connection was a bit iffy, but we used hotspots and had an awesome time. Thank you!

From the start everything about this stay was spectacular. The communication with the hosts was prompt and they were always offering their help to us. The place was incredibly clean and the amenities were amazing. We loved the games, pool table, home theatre setup and hot tub - so much to keep us busy despite it being winter. We also loved how much baby/children’s items were there to make packing a little lighter. If you’re looking for a cozy vacation in, this is the place to stay. We will definitely be back!

The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the Pinery and Grand Bend. The cottage was very clean and had all the amenities you could hope for! A great family vacation spot!

My family recently stayed at this property for a few nights. The communication beforehand was excellent and the hosts were always quick to answer. The property was so clean and like the title of this says, they literally thought of everything. From snacks when we arrived, to a basket of “in case you forgot” that includes chargers, toiletries etc. There were so many amenities-the hot tub was so nice on a chilly night and my teen girls loved the projection tv and pool table. The beds were so comfortable and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

I had family from Europe and across Canada join for the stay. We have rented many VRBO homes and this is our favourite yet! Lots of things to do for kids of all ages and adults too. The house is so well stocked with everything you would need for a few days away. Communication with the owners was fabulous. My family is looking forward to going here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this very lovely house. It did not disappoint the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, the game’s room/screening room was a very nice touch. I enjoyed a hot tub before retiring for the night. The back deck and fire pit provided a great space to spend time outdoors.

I cannot think of one thing the hosts could do differently to improve upon our experience. The teens loved the PacMan and the pool table. Relaxing around the fire was great and the hot tub was enjoyed.Some little details we appreciated that are not usually found at other rentals include; oil, salt and pepper. New and matching plates, cutlery and glasses. New pots and pans. Charging ports everywhere. Fans in the bedrooms. Space heater in the basement bedroom. Coffee included. and Creamer and sugar and tea...A welcome snack basket. Smart TVs. So many board games! Clean and neutral and organized.Beach chairs.. A heater on the back deck!! I could really go on and on. This home is definitely a must.! Enjoy your stay, we certainly did.

such an amazing place, very clean and spacious. we loved every minute at this place especially the basement with all the fun stuffs to play as a family and not to mention the hot tub in the back patio. this place is great for kids and adults, my 2 year old son was loving the backyard space and trampoline. Ricardo and Angela was super nice and pleasant to deal with. very close to pinery provincial park as well. the place is well maintained, arranged and loved the attention to detail at this place. Thanks for having us!! will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and have fun!!

Beautiful property inside and out. We had rainy weather the whole time so we never got to enjoy the fire pit who h we were looking forward to doing. We made the best of it with lots of hotbtub time and enjoying the fantastic game room. The only negatove thing is the the deck and stairs outside were very slippery when they are wet. I would highly recommend thos property!

Casa mariposa is the perfect stay if you are looking for an incredible experience, if you are looking to be outside or inside this is the house for you. Starting with the hosts, they are always in touch with you making sure everything is ready for your arrival, they are so welcoming and warm. The house is always in pristine condition and all the amenities are ready for you to use, from minute 1 that you step foot inside. They have all the games imaginable (indoor and outdoor) for you to have an incredible stay. I just wish I had more time to stay in there :D Overall it was a 15/10 experience. Highly recommend.

My family and I loved staying at Casa Mariposa! This place had it all. Felt like we were staying a spacious cottage with all the amenities you’d love to have at your fingertips. The private backyard was our favourite spot to hang out between our short trips the beach and shopping along the Grand Bend strip. Loved hanging out in the hot tub and having night time fires around the fire pit. But of course we also loved the games room in their modern updated basement. This place had everything you’d want to have available to you at home during your stay, while still feeling like you’re having a great cottage experience. Our family had a terrific time at this beautiful property. It had everything we needed from the outdoors to the kitchen to the entertainment area. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything you needed to make a gourmet meal. Hot tub area, fire pit and trampoline were definitely a hit. We had one rainy night so we could take advantage of the game in the basement, including Foosball and Pac-Man machine in the basement, as well as the home theatre. Property is very well-maintained. Cops Communication with Ricardo and Angelo was excellent.and they were very responsive. Ipperwash Beach is about 10 minutes away, as was Grand Bend. Wonderful stay and we will definitely return. We were there during the September long weekend, but I’m sure a winter stay would also be great as they have a heat lamp In the hot tub area..
